Red carpet status has been awarded to Robert Irwin and Rorie Buckey. At the Sydney premiere of Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning on Monday 3 July, the two attended together. The late TV star’s 19-year-old son made his first public appearance with his new girlfriend, whom he embraced and posed for photos with.
Irwin wore a full black suit, while Buckey, the late actor’s niece, wore a black dress with a cutaway on one side. It’s been over seven months since the pair were last seen out together, strolling in Queensland, Australia. According to a story in Australia’s New Idea, Irwin and Buckey were seen purchasing burgers and fries from a local eatery before walking to the beach.

Later, in December, they were spotted at the Australia Zoo, and in April, they were spotted at the Perth Airport. Animal rights activist Robert Irwin, whose photographic book is named Robert Irwin’s Australia, revealed in October that his sister Bindi Irwin, who had a baby girl, Grace Warrior, with husband Chandler Powell in March 2021, wanted him to find love.
He joked:
“It’s pretty funny because of course, my sister has gotten married and had a kid and there’s always a lot of rumors that go around.” “Bindi is expecting twins!” or “they’re having triplets!”
When he was asked to elaborate, he said, “There’s always a lot of strange stuff happening, so Bindi always says, ‘Robert, it’s your chance now. You should find someone to relieve the pressure that’s on me.
In June of 2022, while the star was at the Australia Zoo, he was harassed by a persistent woman who wanted to gain his phone number. The girl proclaimed in a now-viral TikTok video that he was “so cool.” She said, “I was also wondering if I can have your number.”

Then, Robert’s gentlemanly demeanor shone through when he told the traveler, “Well, I’m very flattered,” before sending her to his online page.
He explained:
“I’ll tell you what: the easiest way [to contact me] is on Instagram because then my people can monitor it and see when it comes through because my number is getting mixed.”
However, Irwin’s response wasn’t satisfactory to the woman, so she continued:
“Well, I DM’d you last night to tell you I was coming here today.”
He said “Oh no” and reassured her that he would “look it up” once he had her name.
