A source close to the pair tells:
“Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof. They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.”
The couple, who are the parents of four girls, announced their separation two weeks after the reality star daughter paid him a Father’s Day tribute on Instagram. She wrote and included a picture of their family.“Happy Father’s Day @mumansky18, So grateful that our girls have such an incredible Dad.”

How did Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky Meet?
In 1994, Richards and Umansky first met in a nightclub. At the time, Richards had a 34-year-old daughter named Farrah Brittany with her first spouse Guraish Aldjufrie. They got married two years after they first met.
When The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills debuted on Bravo in 2010, the audience first saw their family. The couple repeatedly argued to viewers that they were watching their true relationship develop on the show as Richards become a fixture on the reality series over the course of the last 12 seasons.
In an Instagram post commemorating their 26th wedding anniversary in January 2022, real estate broker Umansky referred to Richards as “the best wife in the world.”

He said:
“I love you so much and I thank you for always being there for me. For your support throughout all our life and for the beautiful life and 4 kids we have built together.”
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star uploaded a carousel of images to her Instagram account with the description “Life lately” just a few weeks before their split made the news. Wade appeared twice in the slideshow, but Umansky was not seen with his wife.
