In Episode 2 of Secret Invasion, Fury is still upset about how Skrull radical Gravik (Kingsley Ben-Adir) killed his loyal second-in-command, Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders). During the show, Fury finds out a lot of new information about what happened on Earth while he was away on S.A.B.E.R., and it stresses him out a lot. At the end of Episode 2, Fury chooses to go home to rest and relax, and we learn that Mr. Super-Spy has a wife named Priscilla Fury (Charlayne Woodard), who is also a Skrull.

Does Nick Fury Wife Is A Skrull?
Director Ali Selim told Deadline that in the story for Secret Invasion, Nick Fury knows that his wife, Priscilla, is a Skrull.
Fans of Marvel have argued about whether Nick Fury knows that his wife is really a Skrull or if that Skrull is a spy who is placed next to Fury to stop him from doing his job. The way the last scene was cut seems to leave a lot of room for interpretation, since Fury doesn’t see his wife until she has changed into her human form. Some people think it’s a secret because Fury doesn’t talk to his wife when he’s in Skrull form.

In the beginning of Episode 2, we went back in time to 1997, where Fury is trying to help Talos (Ben Mendelsohn) give the Skrull refugees who are still on Earth new human names so they can stay hidden. In the scene, a Skrull woman called “Varra” comes up to Fury and tells him about a young Gravik. It seems like Varra helps her people in a way that makes her sound like a social worker or an activist.
In either case, this same Skrull woman, Varra, is actually Priscilla, Fury’s wife. The message is pretty clear: Varra/Priscilla seems to have a good heart, care about her people, and be the kind of protector/helper that a man like Nick Fury would like. It’s also easy to see how helping the Skrull refugees with Varra and Talos brought him closer to both of them. If Fury’s wife is a shape-shifting alien, it’s easier to understand why he keeps his marriage as secret as Clint Barton/Hawkeye did.
If Fury’s reputation as a spy would be ruined by this, it’s easy to see why. In fact, making Priscilla an evil Skrull agent who betrays Fury would be a lot more cheap and simplistic than making her the center of his world. A Skrull wife tells Fury why he has been so driven to help the Skrulls find a new world and why he feels so torn about his failure to do so and what it has done to people like Gravik.
