Eric André shows his new body abs which he builds for his upcoming show Adult Swim, the Eric Andre Show’s season. He confirmed it himself and also said that his body will not be permanently in this shape, “As soon as I finished filming, I went back to pizza. It was a journey.”
The show features hidden camera pranks, in which with each Eric shows some change in his shape. For weight gain, he says “the most fun” and for weight loss, he says “failure.”
As it was his show’s sixth season and he would like to be mature. For his body transformations, he said
“It took me six months. It’s a full-time job,” “If you see any middle-aged person with abs know that they’re either psychotic or unemployed because it is a full-time job.”
While sharing his body picks on Instagram said that he gain a perfect body shape with the help of three trainers. He used to work on muscle alternate days, and for abs, he work daily, for low-intensity cardio go to walk at night.
One of the biggest factors was his diet chart which was organized by a nutritionist and with an app he monitors his calories.
He says
“If your only carbs are Japanese sweet potato and sourdough bread, and you can’t eat after six o’clock in the evening, and you’re drinking a gallon of water, and you can’t drink any alcohol, and you can’t have Hot Cheetos — you start losing your mind.”
But he also stated that he is waiting for the final episodes shooting for the show, as he finished it, “I went crazy. I lost my mind. I ate a whole pizza. The day I wrapped, I woke up. I went to Russ and Daughters and ate a bagel.”

He told that “I was like a pig,” and he can eat an entire pizza. “I drank my weight in wine,” he says. “When I got back, I stepped on the scale and I undid all six months of work.” Though he trying to maintain himself, the reason is only that “my pants fit.”
“I will never do a body modification again,” he swears. “Getting into shape after the age of 21 is so much work that I snapped at the end.”
For his appearance than and now he never takes stress, “Look, Amy Schumer told me this one time — she goes, ‘Dude, we’re comedians,’” he shares. “‘We can weigh and look like whatever we want. We ain’t athletes.’”
