Bebe Rexha Weight Gain… Star Breaks the Silence on PCOS & Body Criticism

Bebe Rexha Weight Gain

Bebe Rexha Weight Gain

Bebe Rexha has already been transparent about her weight increase. On The Jennifer Hudson Show, she discussed receiving the ‘polycystic ovἀry syndrome” diagnosis, which impacts one in ten women. She claimed weight gain is a typical indication of the disease and she jumped like 30 lbs so quickly.

The singer of “Me, Myself & I” admitted at the time that she had seen remarks on TikTok regarding her shifting body. She told Hudson:

“Listen, we’re in the public eye, so that’s bound to happen, I was a lot thinner and I did gain some weight — that comes with the territory. I’m not mad about it because it is true, but when you see things like that, it does mess with you.”

Bebe continued:

“You don’t know what somebody’s going through, what they’re going through in their life, so it kind of is tough. But I feel like we’re in 2023 … we should not be talking about people’s weight.”

Bebe Rexha Pleads People to Stop Commenting on Her Weight

People are commenting on Bebe’s weight continuously. She recently pleaded with the public to stop talking about her 30-pound weight increase which she revealed last month was brought on by “polycystic ovἀrian syndrome”.

On June 18, 2023, the New York City stop of her “Best F*n Night of My Life Tour” Rexha suffered a black eye after being strμck in the face by a concertgoer’s phone. She had been replying to fans’ worries over the injury.

She wrote, “My eye black and blue now but much better!!!! Thank you!!!”

The pop artist, who suffered a severe black eye from her recent assἀult said to her 2.1 million Twitter followers that she is sick of people making fun of her appearance as she recovers.

The 33-year-old singer hit back at admirers who thought she appeared heavier in a Tweet on Friday, June 23, 2023 morning. She expressed her frustration at the constant discussion about her appearance. She wrote: “I know I got fat,” the “I’m Good, I’m just so sick of people talking about it. NEXT!!!!!!”

In the comments, she received a lot of supporters. One fan wrote:

“Dont let this get to you, you are perfect the way you are as you are now.”

Another commented:

“Bebe you aren’t fat you are simply evolving as a woman and your body is changing . Everyone goes through this and for people to make nasty comments mean they have nothing better to do with their life but hate on people they are jealous of.”

Rexha responded with a second Tweet, outlining how the remarks are offensive. She wrote, “Human beings go through weight fluctuations it’s life and you don’t know what people are going through.”

Earlier this month, Rexha posted a screenshot of search results that included both her name and the word “fat” along with the caption, “Yes, I’m in my fat era and what?” Rexha also attached a picture of herself in a bathroom mirror pushing up her top to reveal her tummy.

In mid-April, the artist again criticized TikTok’s search function by tweeting a screenshot of it showing users searching for “Bebe Rexha weight.” She tweeted, “Seeing that search bar is so upsetting.”
