The ex-couple stipulated their agreement to the joint legal and physical care of their two children in the filing. In particular, the couple will share the expenses of raising their family, such as private school tuition and extracurricular activity fees.

During the first six months of the exclusive connection, each party is further prohibited from allowing his or her new romantic partner to spend the night with the minor children who live with that custodial parent.
