New York’s DJ Envy, who hosts “The Breakfast Club” on Power 105.1, was recently found cheating on his wife with a star from Love & Hip Hop. On the December 5 episode of OWN’s Behind Every Man, Gia Casey, his wife of nearly two decades, discussed how she discovered Envy, born Raashaun Casey, was cheating with Erica Mena.

She said:
“In the fall of 2012, Raashaun had done a photoshoot for a magazine, and I was curious to see if any of the pictures were released online yet.”
When I searched for him online, a blog came up instead of any photos. That’s why you’re with DJ Envy while his wife sits at home dumb, one of the girls commented to the other when I opened the blog.
DJ Envy Reveals Truth Behind Extramarital Affair
She claimed her spouse was “infuriated” by her accυsation of infidelity since she had accυsed him in front of the lady he “loves more than life itself.” As Casey put it, “Raashaun I know that you have cheated on me.”
As she put it, she “didn’t know anything,” but she wanted to let him know nevertheless. Because of this, her spouse came clean about his extramarital affair.
During an interview on Essence Live, Raashaun Casey explained that he was apprehended due to “social media and a bluff.”
He explained:
“She said she knew something that I thought she knew, so I wound up telling on myself.”
Gia Casey said that she had no reason to suspect her husband of infidelity prior to conducting that online search.
“Before I found out there were no red flags,” she remarked. He made me feel like a princess. The affair, she stated on Essence Live, was both a “gift and a curse.”
She later remarked that she had “never imagined” being as happy as she was now following the affair, even if she had previously believed herself to be content. Her husband agreed, noting that their relationship is stronger than ever.

The two of us are much closer now, Raashaun Casey stated. We’ve got a lot more in common now. It seems impossible, but nevertheless, we’ve reached a whole new level of closeness. In every way, we agree with one another.
After the affair, the Caseys welcomed three more children into their family: Brooklynn, London, and Jaxson.

DJ Envy’s Radio Show Confronts His Extramarital Affairs with Wife Play
DJ Envy publicly apologized to his wife for cheating on her during a 2013 episode of “The Breakfast Club.”
He admitted:
“I began messing with somebody beneath me.” A bird. Evil. A liar. Someone in a difficult situation, and it’s sad. It’s not like I had to give this person food. She wasn’t someone who needed praising, so I didn’t bother. That explains it, then.”

“DJ Envy’s definitely talking about me, but I’m one of many. I was under the assumption that he had kids but wasn’t actually married. I found out around the time that I started filming Love & Hip-Hop. After I found out, I was still in shock because we were together for so long.
I didn’t understand how he could take a vow as serious as marriage and take on a whole other relationship. It’s sad that now he’s taking all these shots saying I’m a liar and I’m pathetic, when he deceived me.
It’s not fair to paint me out as a liar when he was leading a double life for many years. He’s never publicly come out with his wife until now because he’s ashamed of her. It’s no secret.”
