Park Soo Ryun, a South Korean actress who starred in the K-drama Disney+ series “Snowdrop” has pἀssed away. She was 29 years old at the time of her deἀth. On Sunday, June 11, 2023 Ryun fell down a set of steps at a venue on Jeju Island, the largest island in South Korea, where she was scheduled to perform.
The actress was brought to the hospital for emergency care, where doctors declared her brain deἀd following unsuccessful attempts to resuscitate her.
The organ donation decision has been made by Ryun’s family. Her mother said:
“Only her brain is unconscious and her heart is still beating. There must be someone who desperately needs organs. As her mother and father, we will be able to live comforted by the thought that her heart has gone to someone and is beating.”
The actor’s fμneral home was housed at Suwon Hospital of the Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center. When Ryun last shared something on social media, it was a pair of pictures showing her posing with her coffee while seated on a couch. The caption is translated as “Sweet and iced vanilla latte.”
In 2018, Ryun became well-known because of the musical “Il Tenore.” She made her TV acting debut in the 2021 film “Snowdrop” with Jisoo, a member of the Blackpink singing group.
