Bella Hadid posted images of her and Gigi Hadid’s 2-year-old daughter Khai to Instagram for Gigi’s 28th birthday. The mother and daughter sported matching hairstyles in one photo taken during an outdoor playdate, while in another, Gigi cuddled up with her mini-me while applying makeup.
On April 24, Bella wished @gigihadid, her “best friend, my confidant, my teacher, my logic, my most favorite chilling partner,” on Instagram. During their conversation, Bella revealed that she has a unique nickname for her niece: “the gift that keeps on giving because you brought me my most favorite gift in the world miss Khaibaloo.”

She continued:
“Calm cool collected kind loving hard working angelic creative brilliant fun thoughtful PURE, the list of all of the reasons I love you could go on for days.”
Bella also used the tweet to explain her absence from Gigi’s birthday parties at Walt Disney World, which were attended by many of her pals, including Antoni Porowski from Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and makeup artist Patrick Ta.
Bella’s touching statement was accompanied by images from their youth, which prompted Gigi to share her sister’s adorable moniker in the comments section.
In response to Bella’s birthday wishes, the birthday girl wrote-
“I LOVE YOU SO MUCH MY BELLOOONI.”
Gigi and ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik welcomed Khai in September 2020. Bella has become very close to her niece since then, and the two often spend the night at Gigi’s house together.
“I want to be with the baby and I want to wake up early and be there,” Bella told in 2021. I had no idea that my life could hold so much happiness. The best present is her. Our family has undergone a remarkable transformation for the better.

And when Gigi’s turn came around to write that year’s birthday letter to Bella, she did so by calling her sister Khai’s “forever protector.”
