Al Pacino a friend and former co-star of Robert De Niro is joining him in the senior dads club and De Niro seems thrilled about it. It happens after the Taxi Driver actor revealed it when talking about his newest movie, About My Father.
Naturally, the topic of parenthood came up and De Niro corrected the interviewer when they stated that he had six kids. The 79-year-old pointedly informed them, “Seven, actually. I’ve just had a baby.” Because De Niro and his girlfriend Tiffany Chen welcomed a daughter called Gia in April.
Soon after, Pacino and his 29-year-old fiancée Noor Alfallah announced that they would be having their fourth child at age 83.
De Niro was questioned about the news that Pacino is going to become a father again with Noor Alfallah during a press junket for his Tribeca Film Festival. Soon after, Pacino confirmed that he and his 29-year-old fiancée Noor Alfallah would be having their fourth child.
At this De Niro said, “What a guy, Go Al, God bless him.”
However, it seems as though De Niro misread the query because the next day, during an interview on Today the actor gave the impression that Baby Pacino had already arrived. De Niro said:
“Al Pacino just had a baby, I was told yesterday morning, and he’s a few years older than me. Godspeed, sir. I’m very glad for him.”
