Additionally, a 5,000-square-foot sports complex with a boxing ring, sports lounge, and indoor pickleball court is available. A guard house with two bedrooms is included as well.
A total of 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 15 fireplaces can be found here. Both Ben and Jen paid in cash, totaling $60,850,000. From beginning to end, the process lasted a week.
Even though it seems like a lot of money at first, it was a very good bargain. In 2018, the property was advertised for $135,000,000; in 2019, it was reduced to $75,000,000. The estate’s twin gates and elevated location on a 5-acre promontory provide unrivaled safety.
