Nintendo President Apologized Over Joy-Con Drift

Shuntaro Furukawa, recent  Nintendo president apologizes for the problem users face with Joy-Con drift at a Q&A post. He addressed the company to apologize for “any trouble caused to our customers,” noting that Nintendo is “continuing to aim to improve” its products.

These days Nintendo going through a lawsuit which is filed in 2019 in the United States. According to Kotaku’s statement about Joy-Con in 2019,

At Nintendo, we take great pride in creating quality products and we are continuously making improvements to them. We are aware of recent reports that some Joy-Con controllers are not responding correctly. We want our consumers to have fun with Nintendo Switch, and if anything falls short of this goal we always encourage them to visit http://support.nintendo.com so we can help.”

In a recent interview, Furukawa said, “Regarding the Joy-Con, we apologize for any trouble caused to our customers”. “We are continuing to aim to improve our products, but as the Joy-Con is the subject of a class-action lawsuit in the United States and this is still a ending issue, we would like to refrain from responding about any specific actions.”

Another lawsuit was filed in America in July 2019, regarding the Joy-Con controllers malfunctioning. The window began free repairs controllers afflicted with Joy-Con drift. Nintendo launched the Switch Lite in September and a week later lawsuit was filed.
