Citadel is in the limelight after finishing the first season on Amazon Prime Video. On 28th April 2023, its first two episodes were dropped. Citadel is an American action thriller created by Josh Appelbaum, Bryan Oh, and David Weil.

“Citadel is a truly global phenomenon,” Amazon and MGM Studios boss Jennifer Salke said in a statement.
When Will the Citadel Season 2 Premier?
Citadel season 2 was announced in March 2023, to be renewed for the second season. Citadel season 2 will be expected to be in August 2024 only on Amazon Prime Video. Russo Brothers said:
“AGBO is thrilled to embark on this next phase of the spy-verse with Jen, [head of television] Vernon [Sanders] and the entire team at Amazon. The innovative storytelling of Citadel has paved the way for an incredible, worldwide collaboration with creatives in front of and behind the camera.”

Citadel Season 2 Cast
Both lead actors Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas will appear in season 2. Also announced that executive producer/MCU vet Joe Russo will direct it, some fans who have not watched its first season yet, on Amazon Prime Video can watch for free.
