For the cinematic adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s book It Ends with Us, Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni were seen in New Jersey. Lively and Baldoni began filming in the Garden State on May 10 in Hoboken and Bloomfield. The project’s Hoboken portion was scheduled to wrap up on Friday, May 12, but it has now been postponed until Thursday, May 18.

Hoboken’s Field Colony art gallery has been converted into “Maya & Maxim, a homey-looking shop.” It’s unknown what role the “Maya & Maxim” shop will play in the movie; in the book, Lily (Lively) opens a flower shop named Lily’s Blooms.

Brandon Sklenar, a resident of Dover, will be acting opposite Lively and Baldoni. Along with authoring the script and serving as a consultant, Chirsty Hall and Baldoni will also direct.

In front of her childhood home, she said In a TikTok video shot:

“I just want everyone to know how appreciative I am to my mother, who got us out of a scary situation when I was little and brought us here to this house, which doesn’t look like much but was full of love and joy.

So thank you, Mom, for making that tough decision. … The fact that we are now discussing a movie made from a book my mother loosely inspired is bittersweet. So many people have had to go through [what she did], but knowing my mom’s decision has helped many people get out of that. I love you, Mom.”

The movie hasn’t yet had an official release date declared. We promise to inform you of any developments as soon as we learn. For more recent headlines, follow us on Facebook.
