Elon Musk Says Working From Home is Morally Wrong

Tesla CEO Elon Musk told CNBC’s David Faber that the “laptop classes” in Silicon Valley should get off their “moral high horse” and stop their “work-from-home bulls***.”

Musk was speaking about return-to-office mandates that have caused significant concern among tech workers in Silicon Valley and across the United States, many of whom were assured generous remote work mandates by top executives.

Musk said –

“I think that the whole notion of work from home is a bit like the fake Marie Antoinette quote, ‘Let them eat cake’″

“It’s not just a productivity thing.”

“I think it’s morally wrong.”

He told CNBC’s, David Faber

“I’m a big believer that people need to be more productive when they’re in person.”

Do you know that Elon Musk, who claims to fight for free speech, told Bill Maher on HBO’s Real Time that the “woke mind virus” is dangerous? He also said that he thinks he is “moderate” when it comes to politics:

Musk referred to tech workers as the “laptop classes living in la-la land,” telling Faber that it was hypocritical to expect service workers to continue to show up in person while working from home.

Musk continued –

“People should get off the goddamn moral high horse with the work-from-home bulls***”

Since productivity seems to have gone down and investor expectations have gone up, many leaders at companies like Amazon and Salesforce have asked workers to start going back to the office.
