On Monday 15 May, the third anniversary of Suzanne’s disappearance, Barry Morphew, a Colorado man accυsed of kἰlling his wife Suzanne Morphew in 2020 before the case against him was withdrawn in 2022, came out.

It was the first time Barry has spoken in public since he sued the 11th Judicial District attorney and other prosecutors, seeking $15 million, for all*gedly breaching his civil rights after they initially chἀrged him with kἰlling his wife but later dropped the chἀrges.

On Mother’s Day in 2020, 49-year-old Suzanne Morphew vanished while out biking in Colorado; she is assumed deἀd.

“We have heavy hearts today,” Barry, Mallory and Macy said on Sunday. “We have missed our mom and wife, Suzanne Morphew, every single day for the last three years. We keep hoping that DA Stanley and Law Enforcement will use every resource to find her.”

In April 2022, the prosecution requested that the muɼder accusations against Barry be dropped and dismissed without prejudice. At first, the prosecution claimed that Barry kἰlled his wife after she decided to leave him. Despite the fact that Suzanne’s remains have not yet been located, they claimed to be close to discovering them.

“I’ve never had a shred of doubt,” Macy said of her father, to which Mallory added: “Not one.”

He said on the show that they had “tunnel vision,” had only looked at one individual, and had too much ego to admit they were mistaken and shift their focus. “I have nothing to be concerned about. Nothing I’ve done is wrong.

“We had a wonderful life, a wonderful marriage. She was just so loving and giving, and such a good mother,” he said, adding that his wife “was going through some hard things and made some bad decisions” at the time of her disappearance, including “trouble with the chemotherapy and the drυgs.”

In response, Barry’s attorneys claim that his constitutional rights were “trampled upon” when he was chἀrged with muɼder and that he and his daughters have suffered great harm, as Jane Byrialsen stated earlier this month.

She declared:

“We will not rest until those responsible for this miscarriage of justice are held accountable.”

Eytan lodged a complaint against Linda Stanley, the 11th Judicial District Attorney, and six other prosecutors last month for a pattern of ethical violations eviscerating public trust in the criminal legal system and disregarding the rights of Mr. Morphew and his daughters.

In a statement, Stanley said:

“Anyone can file a complaint against a lawyer with the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel” and that “the potential filing of a complaint against an attorney is not equivalent to the attorney engaging in any misconduct.”
