Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 which has many fans counting down the days before its premiere has now revealed the artists that will be performing the series’ signature theme songs.
After the enormous success of the first season and the prequel movie, Jujutsu Kaisen is making quite a stir. Fans are anxious to see the younger Gojo Satoru in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 which is scheduled for release on July 6, 2023.
Jujutsu Kaisen premiered in October 2020 for a total of 24 episodes in the first season. The Japanese premiere of the animated film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 took place in December 2021. On March 18th, the English dub and subtitles were made available in the United States and Canada.
Songwriters for Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen have been Unveiled
There will be two major plot lines explored this upcoming season: the “Kaigyoku/Gyokusetsu” arc and the “Shibuya Incident” arc. Tatsuya Kitani sings “Ao no Sumika” (Blue House), the show’s opening song. While Soushi Sakiyama sings the concluding theme song “Akari” (Lantern).
The 19th of July will see the release of both singles. In addition, on May 21st, a preview of the opening theme song will be performed as part of the Jujutsu Kaisen component of the “MAPPA STAGE 2023” event.
