Season 2 of Good Omens on Prime Video is finally coming and it will be available to watch on July 28. Good Omens, starring David Tennant as Crowley and Michael Sheen as Aziraphale, is a film adaptation of the popular 1990 novel of the same name by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett.
While the first season was promoted as a limited series because it focused on the novel’s central themes, Prime Video confirmed in 2021 that there will be a second season. It’s great to have Gaiman back on board as an EP.
Along with the season 2 premiere date, we also saw the latest promotional poster.

Season 2 “explores storylines that go beyond the original source,” Prime Video stated in its release:
“Material to illuminate the uncanny friendship between Aziraphale, a fussy angel and rare book dealer, and the fast-living demon Crowley.”
The message went on to say:
“Having been on Earth since The Beginning, and with the Apocalypse thwarted, Aziraphale and Crowley are getting back to easy living amongst mortals in London’s Soho.”
