Cruel Summer Season 2’s debut date has just been revealed. The show will return in the summer, as previously said. The anthology series’ second season which will take place in the year 2000 will be set in an idyllic waterfront town in the Pacific Northwest.
Season 2 will aIIegedly follow the rise and fall of an intense teenage friendship. According to the official synopsis, which also says that the season twists and turns as it tracks the early friendship between Megan, Isabella and Megan’s best friend Luke, the love triangle that blossomed and the mystery that would impact all of their lives going forward.
What is the Cruel Summer Season 2 Release Date?
Bert V. Royal is the showrunner of Cruel Summer, while Elle Triedman is the show’s creator. Executive producers of the eOne-produced program include Triedman, Bill Purple, Tia Napolitano and Jessica Biel through her Iron Ocean Productions.
The second season of Cruel Summer will begin on June 5 at 9 p.m. Braeden De La Garza and Paul Adelstein will play recurrent characters.
