Man Ch0ked to Deἀth on Subway

A dispute between two subway riders that was captured on camera has been determined to have been caused by a ch0kehold, according to the New York City medical examiner.

According to authorities, Jordan Neely dἰed as a result of “compression of the n*ck [ch0kehold]” and was a victim of h0micide. Mr. Neely is seen struggling in the incident video as another man grabs him and keeps him down.

The US Marine, 24, who had been holding the passenger captive, was questioned by police before being let go.

H0micide is defined as a deἀth brought on by another person, however, it is not always a muɼder. Police and prosecutors will now decide whether or not to file charges.

Following the decision, a spokesman for Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg said, “As part of our thorough ongoing investigation, we will review the Medical Examiner’s report, evaluate all available video and photo footage, identify and interview as many witnesses as possible, and obtain additional medical records.

On the F-line train in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, the incident occurred on Monday in the late afternoon. On the railway platform close to the scene of Mr. Neely’s deἀth, a demonstration was held on Wednesday in his honor.

He continued that although the passenger was terrifying, nobody had been harmed. Mr. Vasquez claimed he did not think the man would pἀss away at the time of the occurrence.
