Stephen Curry of the Warriors is recognized as one of the best ball handlers and three-point shooters in basketball history. He is a two-time NBA MVP. Even if that defender is the all-time great LeBron James, playing defense against Curry is usually a problem for the player.
James and Curry were seen chatting during the second quarter of Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinal match between the Warriors and Lakers.
Curry was making his way to the bench for Golden State. There were roughly 7:23 left in the first half when the two great players began to interact. Curry clarified a few details regarding what transpired during the postgame press conference.
Curry remarked, “He was simply joking about having to guard me until I got all the way to the bench.”
Curry could be seen shaking his head occasionally as James spoke. Although Jonathan Kuminga, Gary Payton II, and Kenny Atkinson appeared to smile, the Warriors bench largely kept quiet in response to James.

The Lakers’ great players had to give it their all if they were to defeat the Warriors on Tuesday 2 May, night in San Francisco, 117-112.
There was a final 14-0 run by the Warriors. Knowing the urgency the Warriors face, the Lakers will try to up the ante when the best-of-seven series starts Thursday night.
Lakers guard D’Angelo Russell stated, “We just locked in for 48 minutes from the start to the finish.”
That group is hazardous. They make a lot of three-pointers, and when you’re trailing by a few possessions, three-pointers can help you tie the game. Every possession counts because they have the potential to score at any moment to pull within one point, one possession, or whatever the situation may be.
