Jackson Mahomes Restaurant Incident

Jackson Mahomes, the brother of Kansas City Chiefs player Patrick Mahomes, was detained on a charge of aggravated s*xual battery coming from an incident at a Kansas restaurant in February.

Around 7:42 a.m. local time, Mahomes, 22, was arr*sted and taken to the Johnson County Jail. His detention was under a $100,000 bond. He was charged on Wednesday 3 May, at 1:30 and released after posting bond.

The court set May 11 as the date of his subsequent hearing. He is prohibited from speaking publicly about his case as per the terms of the bond.

The TikTok star was under investigation in February for reportedly pushing a waiter and aggressively kἰssing the female owner of a restaurant in Overland Park. Aspen Vaughn, the restaurant’s owner, claimed to have been forcibly kἰssed at least twice by Mahomes after being grabbed by the throat.

“He forcibly kἰssed me out of nowhere,” Vaughn recalled, “and I’m telling him, pushing him away and saying, ‘What are you doing?‘” The last time I was pushing him off, I could see on the cameras that someone was outside the office door, and I was begging for them to come help because he’s large and massive. Then he continued to do it twice more as per reports.

She referred to those who criticize Jackson as “ignorant.” “Until you walk a day in his shoes (which no one will ever do), you have no right to say s— about him,” the speaker said. “He is a human just trying to live his life and find his way.”

Late this month, Jackson Mahomes quietly made a comeback on social media.
