Sweet Tooth Season 2 Cast and Character Guide
Christian Convery as Gus
Gus, the series’ main character, is portrayed by Christian. He is the first hybrid ever made and is a 10-year-old boy who is half human and half deer. He spends the first season trying to find his mother, but in the season finale, the Last Men catch him.
Nonso Anozie as Tommy Jepperd/Big Man
Nonso portrays Jepperd, a former Last Man and a lone traveler. Prior to The Great Crumble, Jepperd played football for the Guardians. Jepperd unwillingly decides to accompany Gus on his search for his mother, who was thought to be residing in Colorado, after saving him from poachers.
Jepperd is shot by the Last Men at the end of the first season and left for dead. He is ultimately saved by Aimee, though.
Adeel Akhtar as Dr. Aditya Singh
Adeel portrays Dr. Singh, a physician whose diseased wife, Rani, is in desperate need of a cure for The Sick. He and his wife were kidnapped captive by General Abbot at the end of the first season and made to work to find a cure.
Stefania LaVie Owen as Bear/Becky
Stefania portrays Bear as a young woman who despises grownups and fights to protect hybrids. Bear, the organization’s creator, was expelled from the Animal Army in season 1 after refusing to kἰll Jepperd.
Bear, who was expelled from the Animal Army, travels with Gus and Jepperd while also looking for her lost hybrid sibling.
Dania Ramirez as Aimee Eden
In the fantasy series, Aimee is portrayed by Dania. Before the Great Crumble, Aimee worked as a therapist, but she didn’t really love it. Aimee eventually settled in the City Zoo after the planet experienced the Great Crumble. A hybrid baby was left at her door after a year had gone.
She adopted the hybrid and gave her the name Wendy. At the Zoo, later known as the Preserve, Aimee would keep saving hybrid children and giving them shelter. Aimee is ejected from the Preserve in the season 1 finale after General Abbot and his soldiers invade it. Later, she would work with Jepperd to save their children.
Naledi Murray as Wendy
Wendy, a human-pig hybrid and Aimee’s adopted daughter is the character played by Naledi. Wendy is more human than animal, in contrast to some of the other hybrid children that Aimee adopts.
The long-lost younger sister of Bear is revealed to be Wendy in the season 1 finale. She gets taken prisoner by the Last Men along with other hybrids.
Neil Sandilands as Douglas/General Abbot
The head of the Last Men and the major enemy of the program, General Abbot, is portrayed by Neil. He despises hybrids and aspires to hold the lone remedy for the Sick. Abbot kidnaps Gus, Wendy, and other hybrids to use them in experiments since it is thought that hybrids are essential to the development of a viable treatment.
Will Forte as Richard Fox/Pubba
Gus’s adoptive father, Richard, is portrayed by Will Forte. He reared Gus in a remote cottage in the woods to shield him from the outer world. He met Birdie, the geneticist who produced Gus while working as a janitor at Fort Smith Labs, where he had previously worked.
Birdie turns Gus over to Richard and begs him to protect Gus when the government starts raiding Fort Smith Labs.
Aliza Vellani as Rani Singh
Aliza portrays Rani, the Sick wife of Dr. Singh. While her husband works for General Abbot to find a cure, she is imprisoned by him.
Marlon Williams as Johnny Abbot
The character of Johnny, General Abbot’s younger brother, is played by Marlon. He is a Last Man as well. Johnny isn’t as violent as his brother and doesn’t like to hurt hybrids as much. However, he is forced to carry out his brother’s instructions.
