The Witcher is a Netflix original fantasy drama series developed by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich. The Witcher takes place on the Continent, a made-up continent evocative of medieval Europe and tells the story of Geralt of Rivia, Yennefer of Vengerberg and Princess Ciri, Freya Allan, Anya Chalotra and Henry Cavill star.
On Tuesday, April 25, 2023 a trailer came for the season 3 starring Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia. The film stated that the season would be broken up into two parts.
The trailer only shows us brief glimpses of each character and doesn’t really give us any clues as to what’s going on, but it does show Yen, Ciri and Geralt searching for each other in the dark and Geralt says something about how he encountered a monster for the first time and felt real fear for the first time.
Most significantly, it provides some clues that the Wild Hμnt will soon be joining the scene which makes sense given that they were teased at the end of season 2 and in the spin-off series Bl00d Origin.
The official trailer for The Witcher Season 3 was released by Netflix. Geralt, Yennefer and Ciri are all shown in separate locations in the first trailer for The Witcher season 3. You can watch the trailer provided below:
