Madeline Kingsbury, a mother of two from Minnesota has been missing for a week and authorities have now revealed her final known communication with the outside world.

Megan Kingsbury, Madeline’s sister, stated that at 8:15 a.m. on Friday, March 31st, Madeline sent her a final, humorous text message. She told Fox News, “We were giggling about a funny photo exchange between us and that was the last communication with me, or with any of my family or her other pals.”

The whereabouts of 26-year-old Ms. Kingsbury is now unknown.

According to the Winona Police Department, she and her husband left their two children at a daycare center at around 8 a.m. before returning home. Afterward, he said to police, he drove out in Ms. Kingsbury’s car at around 10 a.m., only to return several hours later to find she had disappeared.

Since then, almost 2,000 people have joined the effort to locate Ms. Kingsbury. Ms. Kingsbury’s family has asked the public not to “gossip” about any supposed findings, but it is not known if any have been made.

“If you’re on a search party, please don’t tell anyone outside your team and the police,” they pleaded.

Although authorities reduce their search efforts, Madeline Kingsbury’s family continues to organize search parties.
Once Winona Police indicated that law enforcement will reduce searches for the missing mother of two, Madeline Kingsbury’s family continued to lead their own.

The Kingsbury family has started on the Facebook page dedicated to finding Madeline from Monday, April 10 to Friday, April 14. Madeline Kingsbury brought her two small children to daycare in Minnesota on the morning of last Friday.

She disappeared without a trace.

According to Madeline Kingsbury’s sister, the disappearance of the mother of two sparked widespread concern as she stopped returning calls.

Megan said, “This is very out of character for her.” She’s not the sort to sneak off for a few days without telling anyone. When she needed to get away from it all, she knew she could come to my house. According to Megan, Madeline sent her last text at 8:15 a.m. on the day she vanished.

When I last spoke to her, we were laughing about a silly photo exchange, but it was the last time I heard from her or any of her other friends or family members, as Megan explained.

On March 31st, shortly after dropping her children off at daycare with their father, Madeline vanished from Winona. The father, who authorities have not identified, said they got back home at around 10 a.m. and he drove her van to work. Megan refused to discuss Madeline’s spouse and instead insisted that everyone keep their attention on locating Madeline.
