Mario is one of the favorite characters of 90s kids in video games. Mario enters the video game world in 1981 for the first time he was seen jumping over barrels and running with grinders in Donkey Kong. You have to watch this film once if you do not ever play any Super Mario games.
Though premiered in 1993 Super Mario Bros was not economically successful. But the is wonderful construction of the plastic line, in which you can watch how a cartoon was set in a video game. First talk about the disappointing parts of the film which are director Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic, who previously make Zany Teen Titans Go!, and get several new ideas after every 10 minutes of each episode.
The second aspect which is not liked is the early shooting in Brooklyn. Chris Pratt also starred in Guardians of the Galaxy, and Jurassic World, and voiced the character of The Lego Movie, voiced Mario character. His younger brother’s character was played by Charlie Day as Luigi looking like the big mustached young aged guy. Both tried to set up their plumbing business.

These brothers come to know about an untold flood and start to investigate it, where they found an extraordinary pipe which is never been watched or heard of previously. Quickly his pie takes them to the other planet or you can say to the other universe. Mario found himself in a fairy tale world, Mushroom Kingdom, where he saw a beautiful princess Peach played by Anaya.
Unfortunately, Luigi was found in the monstrous Bowser played by Jack Black, the area. Luckily both meet on that unknown planet. Aside from the plot The Super Mario Bros movie has no logic behind it. We can’t understand why a Japanese game company develop an American Italian cartoon and did not think about the viewers. We only can say it is silliness, not science fiction.
But Mario was surrounded by troubles when he saw floating bricks and extra large gold coins around him. The electronic sound he can hear is also like a videogame.
Though the film has a not connected plot, the filmmakers make car driving races and aerial courses just like what happened in the video game-like. Screenwriter Matthew tries to connect all the scenes but is not able to give many joke lines, twists, and rememberable dialogue. Not any deep emotion attracts fans could be seen.

Cinema Blend reviewed on Suoer Mario Bros, “I’m shocked by just how terrible this effort is: a new Nintendo cinematic embarrassment for a generation that isn’t old enough to remember/know about 1993’s live-action Super Mario Bros.”
“It’s pleasant to look at, with animators directly translating the wonderful aesthetics of the source material to the big screen, but it fails to exercise even one inventive or clever idea. Instead, it functions more like a checklist of nods to the games than a narrative feature.” If you are interested to watch the film check out the below tweet:

Digital Spy gives a negative review, “the problem with The Super Mario Bros Movie is that it course-corrected too far and ended up as a movie solely for fans. Casual fans will get some references simply because there are so many (some of which are repeated), but there’s no interesting story here. It lacks any depth and will bore adults unless they’re nostalgic for Mario.”
“Switching up the damsel in distress from Princess Peach to Luigi does at least give the movie a separation from the games. However, Mario and Luigi end up spending so much time apart that the emotional connection isn’t there between the two. And Peach doesn’t really get too much new to do with her bigger role either.”
