DA Alvin Bragg’s Training and Experience
The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office website describes Bragg as having an extensive background. He attended both Harvard College and Harvard Law School, earning degrees there. He served as an assistant attorney general for New York State and an assistant United States attorney for the Southern District of New York before taking his current job.
At New York Law School, Bragg has also held the position of Visiting Professor of Law. In addition, he also served as the school’s Racial Justice Project’s Co-Director.
