When Milo Manheim and Peyton Elizabeth Lee posted a cute selfie of themselves with each other on their Instagram accounts in May 2022, fans have been wondering if the two are dating. Milo’s arms are wrapped around Peyton as the two Disney stars snuggle in the photo.
Peyton revealed in the post’s description that Milo would be appearing in Season 2 of her Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. sitcom on Disney+. While fans speculate in the comments area, neither actor has publicly addressed rumors of a romance between them.

Disney star Milo has been romantically linked to influencer Holiday Kriegel for a short time in 2018. The two were spotted on the red carpet at the Incredibles 2 premiere in July 2018. The Disney star revealed he was “single” in an October 2018 interview with Entertainment Tonight.
He and his ex-girlfriend never discussed their relationship in the press. The reasons for the breakup are unknown. He said his dancing partner Witney Carson tried to link him up with someone on the set of Dancing With the Stars in 2018.
During the same interview, Milo revealed, “Witney has been attempting to match me up with people all week.” We’re not going to name names, but we know who she’s thinking of (He later revealed it was Maddie Ziegler). Months later, he was accused of starting a romance with his co-star on Dancing With the Stars, Alexis Ren.
In April of this year, they were photographed cuddling up during the 2019 Coachella Music Festival. Not much time passed until the model was seen out with Noah Centineo, making it unclear what had transpired between them.
Although the relationship status of Milo Manheim and Peyton Elizabeth is still unknown, they have appeared in several films together.
They appeared together at the ZOMBIES 3 premiere in July 2022, where Milo referred to her as his “zombae” on Instagram and they will appear in the upcoming Disney+ film Prom Pact as well as season 2 of Doogie Kamealoha, M.D.
Milo shared a post on his Official Instagram account and captioned it, “This is a big moment”.
