Scott Pilgrim

Scott, a slacker and musician in Toronto, was the protagonist of the graphic novels. He develops feelings for Ramona Flowers, but to pursue a relationship with her, he must first vanquish her seven nefarious ex-boyfriends. The sixth and most recent of the graphic novel’s six volumes came out in 2010. The film adaptation premiered in 2010 and has since gained a devoted fan base.

Wright remarked, “gathering and working with the dynamite cast of ‘Scott Pilgrim’ was one of the proudest and most pleasurable successes of my career.” “After the movie came out in 2010, we’ve done Q&As, reminiscences, and charity read-throughs, but we’ve never had the chance to get the complete gang back together to work on anything.

Until now, that is…’Scott Pilgrim’ creator Bryan Lee O’Malley, together with writer BenDavid Grabinski, has dreamed up an anime series that does more than just expand the universe; it also…well, you’ll just have to watch it to find out. I’m thrilled to say that I played a role in getting the complete original ensemble back together for this massive sequel. A pleasant surprise awaits you.
