California facing storms and flood disasters these days. Two people lost their lives and approximately 10,000 have to order to leave their homes under evacuation orders.
In the northern part of the state storms with heavy rainfall were delivered. Nancy Ward, director of the state’s Office of Emergency Services announced that an emergency was declared by Gov. Gavin Newsom Thursday which was also approved by president Joe Biden. Who also said that we will help people financially as well fulfill their other needs.
More than 25 million are under high alerts of a flood, by the National Weather Service including nearly 25,000 struggling without electricity.
Even in the region of isolated areas, the rain was recorded to be one foot, but now it will shift to the south part. National weather services are also concerned that rain will be ongoing through the weekend so more floods may be expected, be alert.
California mountain residents were trapped b a snow storm also, the National Water Center said, “multiple rounds of rainfall in addition to melting snow will result in the potential for significant rises along streams and rivers, with widespread flooding impacts possible through early next week.”
Ward said in a conference on Friday that nearly 9,500 are under evacuation orders. Because flooding will be expected for more than ten hours from California’s central coast to Serra Nevada hills. According to Ward, they provided shelters to people yet dozens of shirts have been prepared in different nine counties.
Deputy director John McKeever said that they made a 4000 crew members group to clean drainage and trees so the flood can be controlled and minimized. Three old women from Fresno County were saved from their house.
On Friday rain increased per hour as it was one inch in one hour, you can say it was the worst rainfall yet. 8 Feet of snow could be seen in the Sierra Nevada. South Dakota area to Connecticut is also on high alert for the snowstorm from Friday.

In Minneapolis, 2 inches of snow will be expected now though 2.1 inches have already fallen. In Milwaukee, you can record 4 inches but 5 inches will be decked for the next day.

Do California Residents Trap?
Previous storms and weather threatened California’s 34 counties declared under emergency. A video uploaded by a Springville person in Tulare County, in which water of flood striking in a home. Brian Duke also wrote on the video, “not looking good in Springville,” and posted it on Facebook.

They suggest citizens to follows government orders and take storms seriously. Otherwise, you will lose your life. 700 people were trapped when a pipe stopped the flood water supply, and a road get damaged which connected with the community was.
Several photos of the washed road were shared by the people. Now people stand on one side of the road ad the rescue team was on the second piece of the road. “This is the one road that leads into town,” Watson said. “We are now an island.” We will prepare another way of crossing but it takes time as Wiesner said.
“We’ve been working every week, every week when we can since then,” Fredericks told. “It’s just starting right now to feel like it was before the storms. So this is kind of discouraging to be facing it all over again.”
