Reversing the situation and throwing it back! Andi Dorfman who had made it down to Juan Pablo’s final three ladies on “The Bachelor,” opted to leave the show after describing her experience in the Fantasy Suite as “a nightmare.”
And then, nine years ago this week, on “The Bachelor’s” “After the Final Rose,” Andi was announced as the winner of Season 10 and the Bachelorette.
The season’s breakout star, Juan Pablo’s fan favorite gave her first on-stage interview as the show’s leading woman during “AFR.”
She said, “At the end of the day, if I don’t have someone to share my accomplishments or even my defeats with, it doesn’t mean anything to me. I’m looking to find that great love. I have a great life. I just don’t have anyone to spend it with.”
Andi, a lawyer at the time, turned 26 while the rest of Bachelor Nation was still reeling over the news. “This is ridiculous!” she exclaimed. An opportunity like this comes only once in a lifetime and I have no words to describe how excited I am.
