A restaurant in North Miami, Florida requested Fox News’ Gianno Caldwell to leave on a Saturday morning because his conservative views “don’t align” with the opinions of the owners.
On their public Instagram account (@paradis.bb), Paradis Books and Bread made a reference to Gianno and his crew, writing: “their behavior and their words made other folks in the space as well as one of us working very uncomfortable.”

The restaurant owner confronted Caldwell on a Saturday morning, telling him that after overhearing their chat, she had determined that they “were not welcome” in her establishment.
This situation reminds me of something that MLK said in 1963, a very simple truth. He said, ‘Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.’ And what I experienced yesterday, me and some of my neighbors, who I’m just getting to know, was an injustice. It was a grave injustice,” the Fox News political analyst said on “Fox & Friends Weekend” Sunday.
I can’t believe what just happened. I met up with friends for breakfast at Paradis Books and Bread in North Miami & while we were having discussions about politics we were told by the owner that we were not welcomed there because we aren’t politically aligned. Outrageous.

They said, ‘Are you a conservative?’ I said, ‘Yes. In fact, I have a book called “Taken for Granted: How Conservatism Can Win Back the Americans That Liberalism Failed.” You should get the book.
“I talked to them about my brother. I was on Capitol Hill just the other week talking to members of Congress about violent crime in America and trying to get justice for my brother and other victims of violent crime,” Caldwell said.
According to Caldwell, he asked the owner why he was being kicked out, and she responded it was because of their political differences. When Caldwell heard this, he and his party quickly departed the eatery.

This irritated the woman so much that she asked me to leave her business. I couldn’t tell how much different this was from the Jim Crow South “Caldwell revealed the news to Campos-Duffy. The restaurant owner did not discuss her political beliefs with Caldwell, who observed this.
