Where you can Check Out Fire Emblem Engage?

Fans of Fire Emblem in Japan will be able to check out this new manga series on Weekly Shonen Jump+ for free and follow up chapters will be available to view for free for a three-week period after release. This manga won’t require any knowledge of the game but we’re sure it will be a much more enjoyable experience if you have played the game.

Fire Emblem Engage

It seems like a great match as well considering the lead character designer on the title is known for her previous work on VTuber designs. It’s also not the first time we’ve seen a Nintendo series adapted into a manga. Games like Splatoon have also received the same treatment.

What You Will Find New in Fire Emblem Engage?

We have been debating character and Emblem combinations for a while now. How did they come up with the Engage mechanic which is so integral to the Emblems experience? This feature will be incredibly challenging and The weapons triangle will also be used in this game.

A system where each of the three traits is advantageous against one trait and disadvantageous against the other two much like the triangle hierarchy in the game of rock-paper-scissors. Swords still go down to axes, axes to lances and lances to swords in this game.

Fire Emblem Engage

Among the many defining characteristics of the Fire Emblem series is the use of a weapons triangle. The difficulty lay not only in maintaining a stable weapons triangle. Our goal with Fire Emblem Engage was to go in a distinct, eye-catching direction but we were worried that if we made the heroes too powerful from the get-go.

What is the Location of Fire Emblem Engage?

The continent of Elyos, where the events of Fire Emblem Engage take place is ruled by four kingdoms that have put their differences behind them and begun a thousand years of peace. That’s because the Divine Dragon Lumera resides in the holy land found in the heart of Lythos.

Fire Emblem Engage

Lumera fought alongside a slew of characters from Fire Emblem’s past and now that cast of characters is bound to Emblem Rings across the kingdoms ready to be summoned if the big bad, the Fell Dragon, ever returns. As a player, you assume the role of Alear, Lumera’s long dormant offspring.
