Has Production Wrapped Up for Season 3 of Bridgerton?
Production on Season 3 is set to begin in June 2022, per a tweet posted on March 30, 2022 by Avotar Era. Production is expected to continue until the end of January 2023. Thus, we have a rough idea that new episodes of Season 3 won’t arrive until later in 2023.

Is there a book on which Season 3 of Brigerton is based?
Yes, Brigerton Season 3 is based on a book. “The Duke and I” the first book in Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton series served as inspiration for the first season of the Netflix hit which focused on the romance between Daphne and Simon and Season 2 which followed Anthony and Kate was based on the plot of the second book in the series.
Due to this, viewers anticipated Season 3 would follow Benedict’s journey to wedlock as detailed in the third book. An Offer From a Gentleman, but on May 15 it was reported that this would not be the case. Instead, the show would skip ahead to Romancing Mister Bridgerton, Quinn’s fourth book in the series to delve deeper into Colin and Penelope’s relationship.
