These passport numbers have been verified as belonging to different people. These passports look legitimate however they include fictitious information. Their passports were issued in January of 2020, while their identification cards were handed out in December.
Authorities in Paraguay had assumed that their Brazilian counterparts had confiscated the brothers’ passports for money problems but had since been informed that the passports had been returned to them in October 2019. According to the Paraguayan Attorney General’s Office, their Brazilian counterparts confirmed to them that both individuals had used legitimate Brazilian passports to leave the country.
