The Pittsburgh Steelers have made some changes to their starting lineup for Week 10 before their game against the New Orleans Saints. Here we updated you with all the details related to its winners and losers. Read all the details below.
Who Are the Winners of Steelers Vs Saints?
You can read in the below section the list of the winners.
Najee Harris:
Najee Harris, a running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers had 20 carries for 99 yards and one missed reception in Week 10’s 20-10 victory over the New Orleans Saints. Harris’ season-high 99 rushing yards much surpassed his previous high of 74 yards. The second-year running back, who had been said to be getting a reduced role earlier in the week, ended up out-touching Jaylen Warren 20 to 12 in the victory on Sunday. Harris will be considered as an RB2 option in Week 11 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
T.J. Watt:
One of the Steelers’ all-star defensive backs will be available for Sunday’s game against the Saints, but they’ll be without another. T.J. Watt’s return from IR was announced but safety Minkah Fitzpatrick has been declared out with appendicitis for Sunday’s game against the Saints.
Alex Highsmith:
Highsmith showed up after two uneventful games. And that includes the Saints’ backup at left tackle, who isn’t exactly a force of nature. Highsmith’s clever turn of phrase brought him a feast. A key QB sneak was stuffed with his help in the fourth quarter because of his excellent performance against the run. In the second half of the season, he and Watt will form a formidable tandem.
Arthur Maulet:
He has been the target of opposing offenses’ attention because of the weakness they perceive him to have in the secondary during passing downs. Maulet broke up a vital pass intended for WR Chris Olave on a slot fade demonstrating excellent textbook technique by fighting to the very end playing through the pocket and ripping the ball out on the way down. In addition, Maulet made a solo tackle for the kick coverage unit. Maulet, the team’s energizer bunny, and glue homosexual have exacted his wrath on his former teammates.
Mason Cole:
On one of the NFL’s youngest offenses, he is the team’s senior starter. Mason Cole is making his imprint as one of the leaders of the Pittsburgh Steelers in his rookie year despite not having a captaincy title. Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin noted last week that “Mason Cole is a hub of communication of the offensive line.” His leadership has been steady and reliable.
Cole, now 26 years old is in his fifth NFL season and is on his third team. He is the Steelers’ third starting center in three seasons and their most recent attempt to fill the void left by Maurkice Pouncey’s retirement after a decade as the team’s primary center.
Levi Wallace:
In total, Wallace made five tackles broke up a throw that was intercepted by Damontae Kazee and picked off the ball himself in the fourth quarter. Because of interceptions by Kazee and Wallace, the Steelers were able to run out the clock in the final four and a half minutes of their 20-10 victory over the Saints. According to the Steelers Digest, Wallace was the best player this week.
Who Are the Losers of Steelers Vs Saints?
You can read about the losers of the Steelers Vs Saints in the below section.
Kenny Pickett:
To this point, Kenny Pickett’s NFL career has not exactly gone according to plan. The quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers has seen action in five games thus far with mixed success. Pickett’s poor start has gained him some bad history. The rookie quarterback for the Steelers became the first starting quarterback in 17 years to throw for two or fewer touchdowns and eight or more interceptions in his first five games after a Week 8 blowout loss to the unbeaten Philadelphia Eagles.
Dan Moore Jr/ Kevin Dotson:
In preparation for their Week 10 game against the New Orleans Saints, the Pittsburgh Steelers have announced their inactive players. Two players were already out for the season due to injuries. Therefore the other four spots are filled with healthy scratches.
After Friday’s practice, both Kevin Dotson and Malik Reed missed Thursday’s practice and were limited Friday for personal reasons and were listed as questionable for the upcoming game. Thankfully, both athletes are good to go and will be participating in the game.
Matthew Wright:
Matthew Wright‘s chances of filling in for Chris Boswell throughout Boswell’s IR stint are looking bleak. Two attempts from 39 and 48 yards away went wide left. Slayers in tight games where you’re attempting to salt the victory away. Wright was not helpful today but he will need to fill a roster slot for the next two games because he was stolen from the Chiefs’ practice squad.
How Steelers Make Changes to Starting Lineup Against Saints?
The NFL‘s best defensive player is coming back to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Pittsburgh Steelers have made some changes to their starting lineup for Week 10 before their game against the New Orleans Saints.
The Steelers have made some lineup changes before kickoff, putting Chris Boswell and William Jackson on injured reserve and bringing back T.J. Watt and Damontae Kazee. Minkah Fitzpatrick was also declared out after an appendix injury.
It’s time to adjust the starting lineup to reflect the new personnel. The Steelers have declared that Kazee will start instead of Fitzpatrick and that Watt will return to the starting lineup over Malik Reed for Week 10’s game against the Saints. Watt claims he will not be subjected to a snap count during the contest.
With Reed on the bench, he may not have to play as many defensive snaps as usual. And because Ahkello Witherspoon’s lingering hamstring issue has forced him to the sidelines, the Steelers will start Levi Wallace opposite Cam Sutton at left cornerback. James Pierre will be the main backup operator.
Why the Steelers Won?
Pittsburgh had their finest defensive and offensive performance of the year. Despite without Fitzpatrick in the secondary, the Steelers had little trouble handling the Saints’ attack. It has been since December of 2016 when Le’Veon Bell rushed for a record 236 yards for the Steelers. The team had a game with 200 or more total yards. Najee Harris rushed for 99 yards, a season-best while Pickett threw for 182 yards and ran for 51 more without an interception.

Why did the Saints lose?
The loss was mainly down to New Orleans‘ ineffective running game and poor run defense. They gained just 29 yards on 15 runs. New Orleans lost its seventh game of the season due mainly to ten penalties, two late turnovers and a 3-for-12 performance on third down.

What Are the Turning Points in Steelers Vs Saints?
After Wright missed the first of two field goal attempts in the second half on Pittsburgh’s opening drive of the half, the game was wide open by the end of the third quarter. After a missed field goal, a penalty and a Dalton fumble halted the drive, leading to a punt forced by the Steeler’s defense.
The Steelers eventually scored on the subsequent possession with Pickett completing a 36-yard pass to Diontae Johnson. With just over a minute remaining, the Steelers took a 13-10 lead with a 33-yard field goal by Wright.

What is the Game Recap of Steeler Vs Saints?
As soon as T.J. Watt emerged from the tunnel, he felt the familiar yet still unexplainable jolt. The Pittsburgh star linebacker sat on the sidelines for two months while his torn left pectoral muscle mended depriving himself and the Steelers of a player who can alter the course of games, if not entire seasons.
The Steelers may be able to build their second-half surge on a considerably more realistic formula they rediscovered against New Orleans. With 1-yard touchdown runs from Kenny Pickett and George Pickens and a late shutout of the Saints by Pittsburgh’s revitalized defense. The Steelers beat the Saints 20-10 giving Watt reason to hope that the year 2022 will still be fruitful for his team.
I’m on the field to contribute to the team by making plays Watt who recorded four tackles and a quarterback hit, made this statement. Pittsburgh’s chances of becoming a playoff contender are almost entirely dependent on Watt’s health and availability.
After Watt collapsed things rapidly deteriorated. The Steelers’ play against the struggling Saints was like a breath of fresh air. Alex Highsmith, an outside linebacker said of TJ is still that guy after he recorded two sacks, giving him eight and a half for the season. When he returned, it was a great relief to see him again.
Pickett had no interceptions while completing 18 of 30 passes for 199 yards. The Steelers’ defense made sure the 10-point advantage was more than enough. The Saints had hoped to keep themselves competitive in the weak NFC South. But they have now lost two in a row.
With a score and two interceptions late in the game, Andy Dalton completed 17 of 27 passes for 174 yards. The first, a deflection by newly active Steelers safety Damontae Kazee helped set up a touchdown run by Pickett. The second allowed the Steelers to ice the game one series after Dalton was stuffed on a botched fourth-down quarterback sneak.
The Saints were able to defeat themselves. Six sacks were recorded against Pickett, but the defense also committed six penalties that gave the Steelers a first down including a pass interference call against Paulson Adebo in the end zone that helped set up Pickett’s touchdown. Ten penalties for 74 yards were called against New Orleans.
Due to turnovers by New Orleans and a resurgent running game for Pittsburgh, the Steelers were able to maintain possession for nearly 39 minutes allowing them to rest several of their starters on defense. Kazee, making his first start for the Steelers stepped in and ended the game with the 13th interception of his professional career.
It was a game-changing play like that which was sorely lacking in Watt’s absence. Now that he’s back, Watt’s infectious enthusiasm is a source of inspiration for his teammates.
