Since it was a show directed at children and aired on Nickelodeon, it would have been inappropriate to show a very pregnant Zoey. Fans are convinced that it is the true reason why their favorite show was no longer aired.
Jamie Lynn Spears is famously known for her onscreen identity Zoey 101. The show aired from 2005 to 2008. It is true that Jamie got pregnant when she was only 16 years old with her then-high school lover Casey Aldridge. Jamie couldn’t have been more specific. Fans found it hard to believe that a contract could just normally end and there won’t be any drama involved in it. “Zoey 101” pregnancy was an assumption since Jamie was pregnant much after the final shot was over.
During an interview, Jamie revealed what actually happened. She said, “In today’s world, immediately I’d have my social media to post something, and it’d be cleared up,” “But even today, people still have their thoughts about it […] But the show had already wrapped and there was never a negotiation to go into any more seasons. We were too old. It was done.” “I didn’t become pregnant until probably six months after we wrapped or something like that, but some of the episodes had not aired yet.”
Jamie has been vocal about the truth for years. She claimed that she went home to Louisiana after the production was done with shooting. The star wanted to graduate and then focus on her career. But then, she was pregnant.
