A brand new Forza Horizon 5 special series has begun today. Forza Horizon 5, which marks the 10-year anniversary of the first Forza Horizon, which revolutionized open-world driving games on Xbox 360, features a new Horizon Story, challenges inspired by previous Forza Horizon titles, and, of course, new prize cars.
Forza Horizon 5: 10th Season Anniversary
Celebrate a decade of Forza with Forza Horizon 5 Time change from summer to fall is at 15:30 BST/14:30 UTC on October 13 and lasts until October 20.
The Forza Horizon 10th Anniversary Collection offers a new Horizon Story, a new radio station broadcasting music from the previous four games, and a number of themed challenges.
The fierce Ferrari 599XX can be obtained 20 points, while the Plymouth Barracuda can be earned at 40 points, both as Summer Season Progress prize cars.

Forza Horizon 5: Car Awards
Participating in seasonal events and challenges increases your chances of winning reward vehicles.
In exchange for completing The Trial, you will receive a Hennessey Venom GT. Veteran players will recognize the Volkswagen Corrado VR6 as the first car in the original Forza Horizon, and the Ford Mustang ’13 as the reward for winning the Seasonal Championships in Dodge Brawl and Muscle Mash.
The Dodge SRT Viper GTS ’13 is yours to drive once you’ve smashed ten Horizon Colorado Bonus Boards.
If you win the Hot Wheels “Here Be Dragons” Seasonal Championship, you get a Jeep Wrangler as your prize. When you’ve completed the whole Horizon Origins Horizon Story, you’ll unlock a special edition of the Dodge SRT Viper GTS that was featured on the cover of the first Forza Horizon game.

The 2013 Dodge Viper GTS at the Horizon 1 Festival Site in the Copper Canyon is this week’s subject of the Summer Photo Challenge, as the playlist for the festival, this week is dedicated to the first Forza Horizon. For the Horizon 10-Year Anniversary update, we’ve added a brand new Festival Site.
Forza Horizon 5: Challenge of the Week
In honor of Horizon’s tenth anniversary, this summer’s Weekly Challenge features, you guessed it, a 2013 Dodge SRT Viper GTS. You don’t even need to be a proud owner or driver of a 2013 Dodge SRT Viper GTS to participate in Chapter 1.
For Chapter 2, you’ll need to drive an SRT Viper GTS to victory in a Road Racing Event. When driving the SRT Viper GTS, you’ll need to get nine stars in the Speed Traps in order to complete Chapter 3. Chapter 4 is fulfilled once an Ultimate Skill Chain has been attained in the SRT Viper GTS.
