“After the seven years, my time is up…” Noah Leaving The Show But Why?

Noah Exit from the daily show

Last seven-year, well-known host of The Daily Show on Comedy Central Trevor Noah, now departing from the show. Noah replace previous host Jon Stewart in 2015. And from then since now he will regularly connect with The Daily Show.

As he himself announced during tonight’s show that he is leaving the show. So there is no chance to call it rumors. But at once why did he decide to do something like this? To know the whole information read the post.

Noah’s Announcement For Leaving The Daily Show

Celebrating their seventh anniversary with The Daily Show, he stated, “One of the overriding feelings I found myself experiencing… was a feeling of gratitude… There are so many people who make this thing come together, and I want to say thank you to the audience for an amazing seven years. It’s been wild. I remember when we first started, so many people didn’t believe in us. It was a crazy bet to make. I still think it was a crazy choice… What a journey it’s been.”

Noah gave a big statement to the audience and show time partners as he said, “It’s been wild.”

“I remember when we first started, so many people thought it was a crazy bet, I still think it was a crazy choice, this random African,” he said. “What a journey it’s been. It’s been absolutely amazing.”

“In the most beautiful way. I’ve loved hosting this show.”

As he discusses every single incident during in seven years such as COVID, and other things when Trump was president. “After the seven years, my time is up,” he said. “In the most beautiful way. I’ve loved hosting this show.”

Also, he promise to connect with the show and join hosting again if he had time.

“We are grateful to Trevor for our amazing partnership over the past seven years,” said a Comedy Central team member. “With no timetable for his departure, we’re working together on the next steps. As we look ahead, we’re excited for the next chapter in the 25-plus-year history of The Daily Show as it continues to redefine culture through sharp and hilarious social commentary, helping audiences make sense of the world around them.”

Hopefully, he decides to left the show because TV’s late show going to shrink. Stephen, Jimmy, and Kimmel now appeared dong comedy late-night shows. Warner Bros. Discovery finished all late-night shows as they have no other options. Comedy Central also start three shows with Stewart, Colbert, and Chris Hardwick but only one is running now. James also announced his departure from “The Late Late Show.”

At the time of the pandemic, COVID Noah completes his hosting responsibility from home. Stewart began hosting the show in 1999 and make it successful with his personal efforts on social media. Stewart takes over this from Craig Kilborn, and from Stewart, Noah takes over it.

But it is very difficult for him as he said, “I will say the first two years were horrible — and it was horrible because I had taken over one of America’s most beloved institutions.”  “And even though Jon Stewart had passed over the reins to me, it was essentially a year of people telling me I shouldn’t be doing the job and I was unworthy of being in that seat.”

“And I continued to believe that. You step into this new role and you’re doing a new job and most of the first year was just trying to stay afloat, just trying not to get canceled, and trying to find my footing. And the analogy I use is trying to learn how to fly a plane while the plane is flying. That’s what it felt like every single day.”
