According to the Washington Post, one of the highly classified documents is found at Donald Trump’s residence in Florida. These documents contain secret details of any foreign country regarding military defenses. FBI agents radius at Donald Trump‘s house Mar-a-Lago in Florida they found some papers on nuclear capabilities and military instructions, these are seized by the FBI. The language of these documents is not easy to understand, only the president and cabinet minister can understand it.
Such kinds of papers are not permitted to keep in this way, like without no security and plan, but Trump kept them in his house for 18 months. 300 Documents were collected in all in these 18 months, and which country’s secrets are not clear by Trump now. His Lawyer Christoper Kise, said that “continue with no respect for the process nor any regard for the real truth. This does not serve well the interests of justice.”
“Moreover, the damage to public confidence in the integrity of the system simply cannot be underestimated. The responsible course of action here would be for someone — anyone — in the Government to exercise leadership and control. The Court has provided a sensible path forward which does not include the selective leak of unverifiable and misleading information. There is no reason to deviate from that path if the goal is, as it should be, to find a rational solution to document storage issues which have needlessly spiraled out of control.”
Previously there is a report leaked that some important documents were fonded at Trump’s house, but Trump declined it by saying that “Nuclear weapons issue is a Hoax, just like Russia, Russia, Russia was a Hoax, two Impeachments were a Hoax, the Mueller investigation was a Hoax, and much more. Same sleazy people involved,” he wrote, FBI has collected some proof against me and that announced anything.
Then a jury demanded to submit all documents on 11 May, “all documents or writings in the custody or control of Donald J. Trump and/or the Office of Donald J. Trump bearing classification markings,” including “Top Secret,” and the lesser categories of “Secret” and “Confidential.”
These are classified documents found in boxes sent to the National Archives and this information could not be shared with any country’s government. On Monday a federal judge requested to Trump give some feedback on these documents and appoint a special master.
Cannon said the special master is needed, “to ensure at least the appearance of fairness and integrity under the extraordinary circumstances presented.”
Knowledge of any other country’s details and secrets is harmful to any former president, so, the special master can handle this case better.
Kise, the Trump lawyer, said that “the damage to public confidence in the integrity of the system simply cannot be underestimated.”
This special master is selected by the court as “a sensible path forward which does not include the selective leak of unverifiable and misleading information. There is no reason to deviate from that path if the goal is, as it should be, to find a rational solution to document storage issues which have needlessly spiraled out of control.”
Cannon said Trump’s status as a former president “the stigma associated with the subject seizure is in a league of its own,” and that a “future indictment, based to any degree on property that ought to be returned, would result in reputational harm of a decidedly different order of magnitude.”
“People say this was unprecedented,” Barr told Fox News. “But it’s also unprecedented for a president to take all this classified information and put them in a country club, okay?”
