On January 31, 2021, the renewal of the anime for a fourth season was confirmed at GA FES 2021. DanMachi Season 4 is set to be released on July 23, 2022, and it will consist of 22 episodes.

DanMachi Season 4 Plot
The fourth season of DanMachi is supposed to start where the third season left us.
As per the original manga, this will be from the eleventh volume which was rolled out in Japan in 2016 and the English version was released in June 2018.
The official synopsis reads: “Orario, the Labyrinth City— An enormous city that harbors a vast underground labyrinth known as the Dungeon…It is here that a young boy who aspired to become an adventurer met a tiny goddess, made friends, challenged the Dungeon, and narrowly escaped death on several occasions, all while leveling up his skills…That very same boy receives a letter.
It contains a mission– an expedition into the Dungeon, deeper than he’s ever gone before. Facing uncharted territory, the boy sets out alongside his friends on a brand new journey…
