In 1996 Bobby again signed a deal with Florida Marlins and in1997 World Series played for Marlins. After that in 1998, Marlins transferred him along with Manuel Barrios, Jim Eisenreich, Charles Johnson, and Gray Sheffield in exchange for Mike Piazza and Todd Zeile.
