She has three siblings: Patrick, David, and Drew. Personal Life
On April 11, 1981, Valerie tied the knot with musician Eddie Van Halen and the couple welcomed their first child, a son, Wolfgang Van Halen in March 1991. In 2001, the couple separated and in December 2007, their divorce was finalized.
She has revealed that her husband’s drug addiction and dissent to quit smoking following he was treatment with oral cancer, were among the major factors that led to the divorce.
Then, in January 2011, she married financial planner Tom Vitale and she has four stepchildren. Unfortunately, in October 2020, Van Halen passed away after fighting a long battle with cancer.
