We can expect the third season to start from where the second season left us. Let’s take a dig into what happened earlier.
The series introduces the Hyakkaou Private Academy which is a school where teachers make students learn how to be efficient gamblers in the future. Kakegurui takes us to the gambling world.
In the first season, we had seen how the poorest students sustain major financial as well as self-esteem issues.
Although, when Yumeko Jabami who is a transfer student and also happens to be an obsessive gambler, steps into the picture, all the distress comes to an end.
Yumeko is at the edge of vanishing the corrupted hierarchical structure of the institution. And, as we get deeper into the story, we discover that she has an attractive exterior that hides an insane addiction to gambling with which she struggles.
On the flip side, she decodes the cheating tool that children from higher socioeconomic classes utilize and takes a stand against them. Well, what other issues are there that she will have to go through?
The third season of Kakegurui will surely bring a completely new series of problems for her to fight with.
