Tensura’s official Twitter account has revealed the first key visual and trailer for the upcoming anime film and a November 2022 release date.
The film’s full title is That Time I Was Reincarnated as a Slime: Guren no Kizuna-hen, and it will include an original plot written by Fuse. It will introduce a new character named Hiiro, who will have a relationship with Benimaru. You can view the updated visual here:

The plot will take place following Rimuru’s transformation into a Demon Lord, and it will take place in a new country named Raja (not official translation). View the brand-new trailer:

Tenure is an animated adaptation of Fuse’s light novel. 8bit’s anime adaption consists of 48 episodes spread across two television seasons. Season 2 was named the sixth greatest anime of 2021, with over 100,000 votes cast.
Additionally, it features a spin-off anime, The Slime Diaries: That Time I Was Reincarnated as a Slime, which adapts one of the manga’s spin-off series. The original light book is published in English by Yen Press, and the publisher describes the tale as follows:
Satoru Mikami, 37, is stuck in a dead-end job and dissatisfied with his humdrum existence, but after dying at the hands of a thief, he awakens in a fantasy realm as a slime monster!
As he adjusts to his new goopy existence, his encounters with the other monsters set in motion a series of events that will forever alter his new reality!
