“And so starts the nightmare.” In the Multiverse of Madness, Doctor Strange received a new teaser during Sunday’s Super Bowl, providing further details about the upcoming 28th Marvel Cinematic Universe film. It’ll follow Benedict Cumberbatch’s sorcerer and his new companions as they journey around the universe, laying the stage for a slew of appearances.
In terms of cameos, around 1:18, a recognizable voice chimes in, that of a certain Charles Xavier from the X-Men films — the older version portrayed by Patrick Stewart.
“We should tell him the truth,” Xavier suggests, alluding to some momentous discovery.
Monica Rambeau, the late Maria Rambeau’s daughter from Captain Marvel, is also on board, with her WandaVision skills seeming more developed in a confrontation with Scarlet Witch.

The parallel-dimensional plot follows the reality-altering events of Loki and Spider-Man: No Way Home, in which Strange messed with the fabric of the world to aid Peter Parker.
Strange seeks assistance from Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen), a.k.a. the Scarlet Witch, who has been sequestered since she screwed with the brains of a whole town in WandaVision. Although, in this clip, Wanda seems to be rather resentful and appears to be playing a more villainous character.
Additionally, this journey will feature America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez), whose comic book counterpart can breach reality and travel around the universe.
Additionally, the previous teaser included Strange’s erstwhile ally Karl Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor), the distorted Strange Supreme from last year’s in What If…?, and Strange’s ex-girlfriend Christine Palmer (Rachel McAdams).
