Saved by the Bell’s Season 2 trailer reignites the animosity between Bayside and Valley while bringing back early-’90s fashions (premieres Wednesday, Nov. 24).
Bayside takes on Valley (and Miss Trunchbull’s Academy for Giant Athletic Girls) in the second season of the Southern California School Spirit Competition. The competition isn’t limited to the current student population. Slater (permed and wearing wrestling gear), Kelly (all beat up and wearing her old cheerleading costume), and Jessie (in curls, sporting her denim shirt-and-vest combo) are observing Zack passing them on the sidelines at 1:25.
The clip also shows Jessie negotiating life as a single woman. Everyone (including math instructor Mr. Dewey) knows she is going through a difficult divorce from Jamie’s father. Rene further complicates matters. Jessie and Slater continue to be together, however, because Kelly believes it is fate.
